Believes in market specialisation, specialising in the sale of renovated, quality homes in the city centre of Budapest, and detached houses in the Budapest area.
It is important for him to be proud of what he provides, so that he can give more than what his clients expect from him. He works to show that REAL ESTATE SALES CAN BE DONE DIFFERENTLY, an attitude that his clients immediately sense and thank with their trust.
A precise understanding of his clients' needs is the foundation of his partner relationships. His many years of experience and perhaps one of his strongest skills, the negotiation technique and the ability to assert interests, ensure his success, that he brings the deals together to the satisfaction of the Parties. For this, knowledge of the market and the ownership approach with which Levente represents its client's interests are essential.

His property brochures, advertisements, professional photos, staged videos, virtual tours of the property are all tools he uses to the properties entrusted to him are sold at a good price and with a well-timed strategy.
He also cooperates with real estate agent outside the RE/MAX network, in order to find the right Buyer as soon as possible.

My aim is to organise the property viewings in an open day, in 30 - 40 minute intervals, scheduled one after the other, thus encouraging the already filtered viewers to make a buying decision and compete.
